In addition to making homeownership dreams come true, Ginger has impacted the lives of many throughout her career as a registered nurse and community volunteer. 

Ginger has given her time and heart to many community projects including the Open Door Clinic, Hospice of Wake County and Meals on Wheels.  She and Rick also opened their home to foster newborns and housed foreign exchange students.
